MISSION
Grocho Technical Services was established to provide access to the highest level of engineering support and advising to those who seek to produce food, fuel, or chemicals more sustainably. We are here for the farmers, the plant managers, and the visionary innovators. Your success is our success, and hopefully everyone’s.
STORY
After eight years of designing and starting up $100MM+ plants with the elite team at Vogelbusch USA during the ethanol boom, including delivering countless engineering packages and completing six greenfield projects from initial designs through successful process guarantee tests, Adam made the difficult decision in 2013 to bring this real-world experience and perspective to new biotechnology companies hoping to reach that level of commercialization.
Indeed the differences in culture, experiences, priorities, and approaches between the worlds of established biofuels producers and start-ups looking for investment capital couldn’t appear more striking at the time, and Grocho Technical Services was born two years later to start addressing some of these gaps.
Having come full-circle from early-stage R&D and process design to leading commissioning teams on large scale capital projects and back, Grocho Technical Services is now an established difference-maker offering unique approaches to help navigate the always evolving world of industrial biotech.
